Heated displays
Heated displays keep food at safe serving temperatures whilst maintaining quality and appeal. Choose from mobile hot buffets with multiple gastronorm capacities, or ceramic heated overshelves to supplement existing counter space.
These units suit restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés managing high-volume meal service or extended holding periods.
Heated displays maintain food at service temperature on buffet lines and pass-throughs. Suit hotels, restaurants, catering operations and cafés. Choose by GN capacity (1/2 to 6/1), power rating (1.5–4.5 kW), and whether you need mobility or fixed mounting.
When selecting a heated display, consider the gastronorm pan capacity you need (3/1, 4/1, 6/1), power rating in kilowatts, and whether mobility matters for your layout. LED lighting enhances food presentation and helps customers see portion sizes clearly.
Ceramic overshelves work well above service counters or pass areas to keep plated dishes warm without taking up floor space. Check your electrical infrastructure can support the kW draw, especially if running multiple units simultaneously.
- Gastronorm capacity (how many pans and which sizes)
- Power consumption and available outlet capacity
- Mobile or fixed installation
- Lighting type (LED preferred for energy efficiency)
